GoldBod Jewellery, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board, has officially announced media personality Kwabena Anokye Disi, popularly known as Bola Ray, and award-winning actress Joselyn Dumas as its new Brand Ambassadors.
The unveiling ceremony, held at the company’s Head Office in Accra, marked a significant step in GoldBod’s mission to promote Ghana’s rich gold heritage and craftsmanship on both the local and international stage.
The Chief Executive Officer of GoldBod, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi, said the partnership is a deliberate and strategic move to amplify the visibility of Ghanaian artistry in gold jewellery fabrication and ethical sourcing.
“Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas represent excellence and authenticity — the very values that define the GoldBod Jewellery brand. Their appointment marks a major milestone in our mission to promote local value addition to Ghana’s gold resources,” Mr. Gyamfi said.
He said the collaboration aligns with President Mahama’s vision of positioning Ghana as a leading hub for authentic gold jewellery and ornaments in Africa.
Under their new roles, the two ambassadors will lead brand campaigns, media engagements, and public outreach initiatives aimed at showcasing GoldBod’s collections of fine gold and diamond jewellery, bespoke ornaments, and luxury accessories.
GoldBod Jewellery’s latest move underscores its commitment to elevating Ghana’s image as a centre of excellence in gold artistry, blending tradition, innovation, and elegance through the influence of two of Ghana’s most respected public figures.
